Plática «NOM-035»

El 4 de diciembre del presente año, en las instalaciones del Centro de Desarrollo Empresarial (CEDEM), de Nacional Financiera, a cargo de la Lic. Claudia Colosio Murrieta, se llevó a cabo la plática “NOM-035, Entorno organizacional favorable y productivo” a la que asistieron integrantes del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional del Suntnafin, por ser un tema de gran relevancia en la actualidad, pues el 23 de octubre de 2019, entró en vigor la primera etapa de esta norma expedida por la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social.

Seguros estamos, que esta Norma Oficial Mexicana será de gran ayuda para mejorar el ambiente laboral y fomentar la productividad de los centros de trabajo.

Es importante resaltar, que el Suntnafin vigilará en todo momento que esta norma se respete y se cumpla, ya que uno los instrumentos para supervisar el cumplimiento de la misma, es la Comisión Nacional Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene, integrada por representantes de la administración y del sindicato, de acuerdo con los establecido en su reglamento y Condiciones Generales de Trabajo.
