Cuestionan ante OIT Ley de Justicia Laboral Mexicana

La mayor central sindical de EU, Federación Estadounidense del Trabajo y Congreso de Organizaciones Industriales (AFL-CIO, por sus siglas en inglés), dirigida por Richard Trumka, cuestionó ante la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), el proyecto de ley secundaria en materia de justicia laboral en México, presentado el 7 de diciembre pasado, porque la iniciativa va en contra de los compromisos de respetar los derechos de los trabajadores, al permitirse en dicha Ley, la contratación vía outsourcing de manera generalizada en las empresas, y que la misma Ley elimina todas las restricciones a la subcontratación establecidas en la reforma a la Ley Federal del Trabajo del año 2012.

A través de la Misión Permanente de México ante la oficina de Naciones Unidas y Otros Organismos Internacionales, el gobierno mexicano respondió, con su clásica retórica, de que “la regulación propuesta para el régimen de subcontratación tiene como finalidad proteger a los trabajadores de posibles engaños y abusos”. Sin embargo, lo cierto es que la realidad laboral demuestra otra cosa.
